Randy Skaja is serving as the pastor of Crosswalk Church. He moved to Waukesha in May 2008 with his wife Debby and children Ashley and Collin.

Randy Skaja was born in Chicago, Illinois. He remembers his father putting in many long hours in the family business – a funeral home. As a child, Randy served as an altar boy and enjoyed playing sports. Bill and his wife Karen have been involved in leadership at the church for many years. Karen is responsible for managing the church library.

Paul Hypki and his wife Mary started attending the church in 2006. Paul has been serving with several churches in the Waukesha area for many years.
Paul has a passion for missions and has been on seven short-term missions trips to Tajikistan in central Asia.

Paul grew up in Menomonee Falls, and met his wife, Mary, who hails from Mequon, shortly after high school graduation. They have been married for over 30 years, and have two adult children. Alissa is still very involved in the church where she grew up, and Peter and his wife, Liesl, are now living and serving in Chihuahua, Mexico.
