Leadership

Randy Skaja has been the Pastor of Crosswalk Church since 2008 and has served in pastoral ministry for more than 19 years. Prior to entering the ministry, Randy worked in the corporate meeting management industry where he held various leadership positions. He also has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree.

Randy is happily married to Debby and they have two 

Dale has been married to his wife, Lee for 44yrs. He has two adult children and 6 grandkids. He has been at Crosswalk for 30 years. He has a strong heart for youth and has been involved with youth ministry for over 25 years here at Crosswalk. Dale has taught adult and youth Bible studies and is actively involved in teaching adult Sunday school.  Dale often speaks as a guest when Pastor Randy is unable to speak. His roles have changed over time and now he oversees the youth ministries. He provides encouragement to the youth ministry teachers  to continue with the youth ministries and he helps with developing the curriculum to the youth.  Right now our youth is using Answers in Genesis for their curriculum. 

Bill Cummins

Dave Hetzel has been attending Crosswalk Church since 1968. He is married to his beautiful wife, Gloria. He has two adult children and 3 grandchildren.  Dave has been serving in many areas of the ministry over the years with his current focus on being an elder, missions and building maintenance. Dave has recently retired and he has been able to devote more time to the ministry. He also has been devoting time to building the Kingdom of God at Crosswalk Church and the community of Waukesha. 

Jon has been the worship leader for quite some time. Jon took over as interim worship leader and then he transitioned to the worship leader. He has attended the church since a very young age.  He is married with one daughter. Jon has always had a love for music. He can play multiple musical instruments.

Jon is also the owner of The Joke Shop in downtown Waukesha.  He has a love for family friendly humor. He can create anything you want in balloon creations. 

Jackie, her husband Mike and their 5 young children moved from Nebraska in 1999 and have been attending Crosswalk Church since fall of 2000. She took over as Nursery Director for the 2001/2002 school year. Having a background in Early Childhood Education, Health and Special Education made it a perfect fit. Twenty years, and 4 grandkids later, it’s evident kids are exhilarating, fun, and her God given talent.

Christy and her husband Steve have attended Crosswalk Church since the spring of 2009. They have 4 children and are expecting their first grandchild. Christy is a registered nurse and works in Care Management. Her and her family are extreme pet lovers and their house has been named, “The Seftar Zoo”  by many.

Steve and his wife have attended Crosswalk Church since the spring of 2009. Steve and Christy have become known as the A/V duo

They have 4 children and one grandson. Steve works as a lead field engineer for ATM machines.  Steve has a love for photography likes to do that in his free time. He also holds a bachelors degree in photography.
